Job Summary
Leading financial planning and analysis initiatives, the full-time Senior Director, FP&A will modernize forecasting and budgeting processes while partnering with senior leadership in a remote setting.
Key responsibilities
- Lead financial planning, forecasting, and budgeting with a focus on operational alignment and execution
- Serve as the financial partner to leaders across various departments, providing real-time insights and decision support
- Drive visibility into unit economics and operational KPIs, translating insights into actionable strategies to improve performance
Required qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in FP&A or operational finance, including team leadership
- Proven retail experience with a strong understanding of unit economics and gross margin management
- Strong financial modeling, forecasting, and analytical capabilities
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; MBA or professional certification preferred
- Experience with ERP systems such as Oracle or Workday, and strong Excel and PowerPoint skills
