Job Summary

Leading high-performing engineering teams, the full-time Senior Director, Full-stack Engineer will shape long-term technical strategy and architecture standards while fostering a culture of engineering excellence and inclusivity in a remote-eligible environment.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead, manage, and grow multiple teams of product-focused software engineers
• Shape long-term technical strategy and architecture standards for enterprise platforms
• Drive talent strategy, ensuring succession planning and skill development across engineering teams

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree or higher in Computer Science or a related quantitative field
• At least 7 years of people management experience
• At least 9 years of experience in software engineering and solution architecture
• At least 9 years of experience in cloud computing (AWS, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud)
• At least 9 years of experience in enterprise architecture and design patterns
