Job Summary
Leading the growth strategy for the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS), the hybrid Senior Director, HHS Growth Strategy will develop and execute comprehensive growth initiatives, manage client relationships, and drive capture strategies to enhance Ad Hoc's presence in the federal health market.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute growth strategies across HHS and its Operating Divisions
- Lead strategic HHS pursuits from identification through capture and award
- Maintain and expand relationships with HHS executives and key stakeholders
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree and 10+ years of relevant professional experience
- Significant experience in business development and capture within the federal health market
- Established relationships within HHS and its Operating Divisions
- Strong understanding of the federal growth lifecycle and acquisition processes
- Proven track record of developing qualified pipeline and winning federal business
