Senior Director, HHS Growth Strategy
Job Summary
To drive growth initiatives within the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS), the hybrid Senior Director, HHS Growth Strategy will develop and execute strategic growth plans, manage client relationships, and lead multidisciplinary teams to capture new business opportunities.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute growth strategies across HHS and its Operating Divisions
- Lead strategic pursuits from opportunity identification through capture and proposal processes
- Maintain and expand relationships with HHS executives and key stakeholders to enhance Ad Hoc's market positioning
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree and 10+ years of relevant professional experience
- Significant experience in business development and capture within the federal health market
- Established relationships within HHS and its Operating Divisions
- Strong understanding of federal acquisition processes and the full growth lifecycle
- Proven track record of developing qualified pipelines and winning federal business
