Senior Director, IT Portfolio Management

Job Summary

Partnering with the Chief Digital Officer, the full-time Senior Director, IT Portfolio Management will oversee the execution of a complex Medicare Advantage technology portfolio, manage governance frameworks, and drive cross-functional initiatives, all while working fully remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Advise and enable the CDO's decision-making by synthesizing data and preparing executive communications
• Lead technology portfolio governance, ensuring alignment with organizational strategy through initiative intake and prioritization
• Direct the execution of cross-functional initiatives, resolving blockers and maintaining delivery momentum across various business functions

Required qualifications

• 8-12 years of progressive experience in digital strategy, program management, or technology portfolio governance
• 3+ years of experience in a healthcare payer or Medicare Advantage environment with knowledge of CMS regulatory requirements
• Demonstrated experience leading complex technology portfolios with measurable outcomes
• Proven track record as a strategic advisor to C-suite leaders, including preparation of board-level communications
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Healthcare Administration, or a related field; or equivalent experience
