Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with senior leaders to create and implement category-specific sourcing strategies
- Manage multiple category teams to establish standards for the sourcing process and effective contracting
- Lead the sourcing, negotiation, and lifecycle management of large-scale IT contracts, ensuring alignment with business needs
Required Qualifications:
- 7+ years of indirect-spend procurement experience in IT, healthcare, or payor organizations
- Demonstrated experience negotiating large-scale IT contracts with major technology vendors
- 5+ years of direct supervisory or management experience
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent related work experience
