Senior Director Late Oncology

Job Summary

To lead strategic and operational initiatives in late-stage oncology clinical trials, the full-time Senior Director Late Oncology will manage program execution, budget oversight, and cross-functional collaboration while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Define the strategic vision and operational framework for Late Oncology Program Management, ensuring alignment with broader R&D goals
• Oversee the execution and delivery of complex late-phase oncology clinical trials, managing risks and ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets
• Build strong partnerships across various departments and external organizations to enhance trial execution and operational efficiency

Required qualifications

• Advanced degree (Ph.D., Pharm.D., M.S., or equivalent) in a life sciences or healthcare-related discipline preferred
• 10+ years of experience in biopharmaceutical clinical trial operations with significant senior leadership responsibility
• 5+ years of direct line management experience, including leadership of people managers
• Proven track record of successfully delivering complex clinical trials, particularly in late-stage oncology development
• Demonstrated ability to manage multi-million dollar clinical trial budgets and timelines
