Senior Director, Litigation Counsel

Job Summary

Seeking a strategic and experienced litigator, the full-time Senior Director, Litigation Counsel will manage litigation and policy engagement efforts to support the pharmaceutical industry, working remotely while advising senior leadership and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key responsibilities:

• Develop and execute strategies for litigation and policy advocacy to advance the company's objectives
• Identify and assess new litigation opportunities and provide counsel on legal policy priorities
• Manage litigation and government investigations, coordinating with outside counsel and internal teams

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree and J.D. with an active license to practice law
• A minimum of 8 years of experience in complex litigation and strategy development
• Experience with constitutional claims and statutory challenges
• A clerkship on a federal court of appeals
• Proven ability to engage on complex policy issues and master new subject matter quickly
