Senior Director of Accounting
Job Summary
To support a growing organization, the full-time remote Senior Director of Accounting will manage the monthly close process, oversee corporate reporting requirements, and drive transformational changes through automation and AI while collaborating with various teams and leadership.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the monthly close process and ensure G/L reconciliations are complete
- Oversee corporate reporting to meet lender and private equity firm requirements
- Drive efficiencies through automation and participate in M&A activities, including financial system integrations
Required qualifications
- 15+ years of financial leadership experience in a high-growth software or technology company
- University degree (and/or MBA) in finance or business with an accounting designation (CPA, CMA, CGA)
- 3-5 years of experience with Workday Financial G/L System and Salesforce
- Strong understanding of US GAAP, SaaS metrics, and ASC 606 Revenue Recognition
- M&A integration experience and familiarity with international financial regulations, particularly in the Netherlands
