Senior Director of AI Productivity

Job Summary

Leading the enterprise AI productivity and low-code/no-code (LCNC) function, the full-time Senior Director of AI Productivity will manage AI adoption strategies, oversee citizen developer programs, and ensure the safe use of AI tools across the organization while working remotely with occasional business travel.

Key responsibilities:

• Provides strategic and operational leadership for AI personal productivity and citizen development enablement, managing a multi-level team and associated budget
• Defines and executes the enterprise strategy and roadmap for AI personal productivity tools, establishing standards and value measurement for employees
• Directs the enterprise citizen developer program, including certification, community practices, and support models to scale AI capabilities across business functions

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree and 10+ years of related experience, including prior management experience
• Experience implementing personal productivity and low-code/no-code AI solutions
• Demonstrated team leadership skills
• Transformation and change management experience
