Job Summary
Owning the AI-for-Operators strategy and governance, the full-time Senior Director of AI Strategy will lead the development and execution of AI initiatives to enhance workforce productivity in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Own the AI-for-Operators strategy, architecture, and P&L, translating the AI vision into a funded capability with measurable outcomes
- Govern responsible AI use across the enterprise, ensuring compliance with data privacy and security standards
- Champion AI initiatives at the executive level, securing sponsorship and aligning with various organizational functions
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
- 12+ years of experience in technology leadership, particularly in enterprise-scale adoption and governance
- Proven ownership of a P&L or investment portfolio
- Experience building governance frameworks in complex organizations
- Strong executive-level communication and stakeholder management skills
