Senior Director of Analytics

Job Summary

Leading the Commercial Analytics team, the full-time salaried Senior Director of Analytics will manage day-to-day analytical execution, drive high-visibility strategic initiatives, and foster cross-functional partnerships while working remotely or from Atlanta, GA, or New York, NY.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor client performance against success metrics and present findings to clients, ensuring insights are actionable and aligned with client goals
• Independently scope and lead complex analyses, collaborating with various stakeholders to deliver impactful results
• Manage and develop the analytics team, setting standards for accuracy and client-ready deliverables while providing mentorship and guidance

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in quantitative or analytics-focused roles, with a strong background in the life sciences industry
• Proven people-management experience, including performance management and mentorship of analysts
• Experience presenting complex data to non-technical audiences in high-stakes environments
• Expert-level proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and presentation software, with advanced data analysis skills
• Working proficiency in SQL and hands-on experience with visualization and analytics platforms (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
