Job Summary

Leading a multi-layered organization of architecture and innovation, the full-time Senior Director of Architecture will manage teams responsible for guiding customers through AI governance, architectural decisions, and leveraging the Salesforce platform, all while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and develop a diverse architecture organization focused on technical excellence and customer impact
• Create proactive architectural perspectives on AI, data, security, and emerging technologies for customer engagement
• Serve as a trusted architecture executive, facilitating complex transformation conversations with strategic customers
