Senior Director of Benefits

Job Summary

To shape a comprehensive benefits strategy that enhances employee experience and supports company growth, the full-time Senior Director of Benefits will manage the design and financial oversight of Fetch's benefits and wellness roadmap while collaborating with leadership across Finance and Legal in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities:

• Build and oversee Fetch's multi-year benefits and wellness strategy to support growth and complexity
• Lead the retirement program and ensure compliance with fiduciary governance and regulatory requirements
• Provide strategic oversight of leave, disability, and accommodation programs while managing vendor and broker relationships

Required qualifications:

• 12+ years of progressive benefits and total rewards experience with ownership of program strategy and design
• 5+ years of people leadership experience, including managing managers
• Deep expertise in U.S. healthcare, retirement, and leave regulations, including ERISA and ACA
• Analytical fluency in modeling program costs and translating data into actionable recommendations
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; CEBS, CBP, or SHRM-SCP preferred
