Senior Director of Benefits

Job Summary

To lead the evolution of global benefits strategy, the full-time Senior Director of Benefits will establish the vision and long-term direction for the company's benefits portfolio, including health, welfare, and retirement programs, while working remotely.

Key responsibilities:

• Establish and lead the global vision and multi-year strategy for the integrated benefits portfolio
• Serve as the principal benefits advisor to executive leadership, providing recommendations on market trends and financial implications
• Lead the Global Benefits team, ensuring successful strategy execution and operations

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience
• 15+ years of progressive HR experience, with 12+ years focused on benefits strategy and management
• Demonstrated experience advising executive leaders on benefits investments and vendor negotiations
• Deep expertise in global health and welfare benefits, leave, wellbeing, and retirement
• Strong financial and analytical acumen, including long-range cost planning and risk evaluation
