Senior Director of Business Analytics

Job Summary

To drive a transformative analytics agenda, the full-time remote Senior Director of Business Analytics will build and lead a comprehensive analytics capability, delivering strategic insights that inform decision-making on revenue performance, customer retention, and market penetration.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and own the analytics strategy for the Wiley Research business, ensuring alignment with strategic priorities and delivering advanced commercial analysis
• Evolve the KPI framework and develop executive dashboards to provide a real-time view of commercial health across the organization
• Establish data governance and reporting integrity, ensuring reliable and consistent analytical output across functions and teams

Required Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in commercial analytics, business analytics, strategy, or business intelligence
• Proven track record in building decision-support functions and influencing senior leadership
• Expertise in commercial performance measurement, KPI design, and competitive intelligence
• Experience partnering with Finance on revenue reporting and forecasting methodologies
• Proficiency with analytics and reporting tools such as Salesforce, Gainsight, or Power BI
