Job Summary
Leading the Business Analytics function, the full-time Senior Director of Business Intelligence will oversee the strategic development and operational execution of data analytics initiatives while working remotely and collaborating closely with the Executive Leadership Team to achieve business goals.
Key responsibilities
- Provide strategic leadership to the Business Analytics group and develop tools, processes, and reporting standards to enhance project quality and profitability
- Design and execute a comprehensive reporting structure to meet enterprise-wide business needs
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to transform complex business problems into scalable data solutions
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
- 10+ years of data science experience with a proven track record of success
- 7+ years of management experience in data analytics and reporting within the clinical research industry
- Advanced proficiency with database and reporting programs
- Experience with HIPAA and EU Data Privacy regulations
