Job Summary

Leading strategic business services for integrated facilities management operations, the full-time Senior Director of Business Operations will manage program initiatives, drive operational excellence, and foster collaboration with client stakeholders in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with account leadership and stakeholders to develop integrated strategies and execution plans based on business needs
• Lead operational initiatives to enhance service delivery and achieve account objectives
• Oversee change enablement activities and manage program schedules, risks, and action plans for timely delivery of critical initiatives

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred
• Significant experience in facilities management, business operations, or a related field
• Experience leading teams or large account initiatives in a complex, client-facing environment
• Strong business acumen with the ability to influence and collaborate across all organizational levels
• Demonstrated experience with KPI reporting and executive-level storytelling through data
