Senior Director of Business Operations

Job Summary

Leading global healthcare IT consulting operations, the full-time remote Senior Director of Business Operations will manage operational processes, resource management, and performance while partnering with various teams to ensure effective resource deployment and profitable growth.

Key responsibilities

• Set direction for global business operations and execute an operational roadmap aligned with growth plans and delivery needs
• Own and evolve the global operating model, connecting sales pipeline with resource deployment and performance reporting
• Lead the operational integration of acquired businesses and manage the resource-management function, including demand forecasting and staffing coordination

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, operations, finance, or a related field; PMP or Lean Six Sigma certification preferred
• 12+ years of progressive experience in business operations, including 5+ years in leadership roles
• Experience in consulting, professional services, or healthcare technology operations
• Proven track record in resource management, demand forecasting, and capacity planning
• Strong understanding of professional-services economics and experience with CRM and analytics platforms
