Job Summary
Leading enterprise transformation initiatives, the full-time Senior Director of Business Transformation will manage process improvements, project delivery, and governance while working remotely.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and govern the Business Transformation & PMO charter, ensuring alignment with strategic priorities and measurable outcomes
- Oversee the enterprise intake and prioritization model for transformation opportunities and facilitate executive portfolio decisions
- Lead the PMO to ensure integrated planning and delivery of high-priority programs, fostering a culture of honest reporting and accountability
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, operations, finance, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
- Ten or more years of progressive leadership in transformation, program management, or related disciplines
- Proven success in leading cross-functional enterprise transformation and managing complex initiative portfolios
- Experience integrating business process redesign with technology delivery and organizational change
- Strong executive presence and ability to influence without direct authority in ambiguous environments
