Senior Director of CAHPS Strategy
Job Summary
Driving performance through member and provider initiatives, the full-time remote Senior Director of CAHPS Strategy will lead the development and execution of strategies to improve CAHPS, HOS, and related quality outcomes while overseeing a team and collaborating with cross-functional partners.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead the development and execution of CAHPS/HOS strategies and performance roadmaps to enhance member experience and quality outcomes
- Serve as a subject matter expert in CAHPS, HOS, and performance improvement methodologies while overseeing member engagement strategies
- Establish and monitor key performance indicators, leveraging analytics to drive performance improvement and accountability
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 7+ years of experience in healthcare quality, member experience, or related fields
- 5+ years of leadership experience managing teams and complex initiatives
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and business intelligence tools
- Proven ability to develop strategies that drive measurable business and quality outcomes
