Senior Director of Capacity Planning
Job Summary
Leading the capacity planning and analytics function, the full-time remote Senior Director of Capacity Planning, Workforce Operations & Analytics will manage departmental strategy, oversee workforce operations, and drive AI-enabled analytics to enhance care team efficiency and decision-making.
Key responsibilities
- Own and evolve the operating vision and roadmap for capacity planning and workforce operations
- Design and implement the operating system for staffing, licensing, and credential management
- Lead the development of analytics capabilities, including AI integration for operational excellence across care teams
Required qualifications
- Approximately 15+ years of leadership experience in healthcare operations or analytics, with a bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience with a master's or PhD)
- Proven track record in capacity planning, workforce staffing operations, and care team analytics
- Experience in leading AI-enabled operations or analytics functions within healthcare or regulated domains
- Strong financial and analytical skills, including cost of revenue analysis and capacity modeling
- Demonstrated ability to influence and lead organizational change in cross-functional environments
