Senior Director of Capital Markets

Job Summary

Leading the structuring and execution of project and corporate financings, the full-time Senior Director of Capital Markets will manage financing initiatives across Lydian's U.S. solar and storage portfolio while collaborating with various teams to maximize value creation in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Support the VP of Capital Markets in developing and executing the financing and capital formation strategy
• Lead financing initiatives, including construction debt, tax equity, and corporate capital solutions
• Manage external advisors and lead negotiations, due diligence, and closing activities for complex financings

Required qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in U.S. renewable energy project finance or related capital markets roles
• Demonstrated experience leading complex project financings and M&A transactions
• Strong network across banks, tax equity investors, and infrastructure funds
• Bachelor's or Master's in Finance, Business, Engineering, Math, Science, or a related quantitative field
• Proven ability to mentor junior professionals and contribute to organizational development
