Job Summary
Leading the enterprise-wide capital planning process, the full-time Senior Director of Capital Planning will oversee investment governance, resource allocation, and optimize capital investments for a Medicare Advantage health plan while working remotely.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead the annual and multi-year capital planning process and maintain enterprise capital allocation strategies
- Oversee capital investment evaluation processes and ensure alignment with strategic objectives
- Prepare executive-level reporting packages and provide strategic insights on investment performance
Required qualifications:
- 10+ years of progressive leadership experience, with 5+ years in large-scale investment governance programs
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Information Systems, Project Management, or a related field
- Experience with Medicare Advantage plan operations and the CMS regulatory environment
- Proven expertise in technology portfolio management and capital-intensive transformation programs
