Senior Director of Client Relationships
Job Summary
To support strategic growth and client satisfaction, the full-time salaried Senior Director of Client Relationships will manage business relationships with key EAP and wellness clients, develop retention strategies, and lead a team of Client Relationship Managers in a remote setting.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee and nurture relationships with enterprise and large-market employer clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded
- Offer strategic recommendations to help clients maximize the value of their EAP and wellness programs
- Collaborate with client plan sponsors to develop and implement engagement strategies, driving satisfaction and program success
Required qualifications
- Ten or more years of B2B account management/client services experience in health care, employee benefits, or insurance
- Proven experience in managing and leading teams, including performance evaluations and professional development
- Strong leadership and mentorship abilities with a focus on coaching associates
- Stable employment history
- BS/BA degree
