Senior Director of Client Services

Job Summary

Managing client relationships and driving new business opportunities, the full-time Senior Director of Client Services will oversee account planning and delivery assurance while collaborating with stakeholders in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage client relationships and lead the opportunity management cycle from prospecting to closing
• Ensure delivery assurance by collaborating with all delivery stakeholders to fulfill client commitments
• Create and implement account plans that identify relationships, opportunities, and revenue growth strategies

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent from an accredited institution, or three years of progressive experience in lieu of each year of education
• 14+ years of experience in sales, relationship management, or account management
• A minimum of 11 years of experience is required if a Master's degree has been completed
• Experience in business development and managing complex client relationships
• Track record of interacting with C-level client contacts
