Senior Director of Clinical Operations

Job Summary

Accountable for the clinical delivery of a key in-licensed asset, the full-time Senior Director of Clinical Operations will oversee trial execution from start-up to close-out, ensuring quality and timely delivery while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the clinical and regulatory execution of assigned trials, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets
• Contribute to the development of clinical operations SOPs and processes, enhancing quality and oversight across the portfolio
• Provide senior-level sign-off on operational and quality decisions for all trials, collaborating with cross-functional teams to address challenges

Required qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in clinical operations with hands-on delivery across multiple Phase 2 drug trials
• Experience with complex neurology trials, particularly in chronic indications such as Parkinson's disease
• Proven track record of making clinical, quality, and safety judgment calls in real-time across trials
• Experience in contributing to or leading SOP and process design at a portfolio or function level
• Familiarity with multiple regulatory jurisdictions, with FDA experience preferred
