Job Summary
Leading the design and execution of global compensation frameworks, the remote Senior Director of Compensation will manage competitive compensation practices, advise senior stakeholders on key initiatives, and utilize AI and analytics to enhance compensation strategies.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and implement competitive compensation practices including salary structures and incentive plans
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulations while preparing for pay transparency rules
- Deliver data-driven compensation guidance and lead compensation workstreams during mergers and acquisitions
Required qualifications
- 10+ years of experience leading compensation programs in large global technology organizations
- Proven ability to design and implement compensation strategies for a globally dispersed workforce
- Exceptional analytical skills with hands-on experience in AI tools for compensation modeling and reporting
- In-depth knowledge of the EU Pay Transparency Directive and global pay equity regimes
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Data Analytics, or a related quantitative field; MS or MBA preferred
