Senior Director of Compliance

Job Summary

To oversee the regulatory compliance program, the full-time Senior Director of Compliance will manage strategy, governance, and implementation of compliance policies while collaborating closely with legal and product teams in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Define and manage the compliance program's roadmap, risk assessments, and policy library
• Convert legal interpretations of regulations into internal policies and control requirements
• Coordinate audits, regulatory examinations, and compliance training across the organization

Required qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in healthcare regulatory compliance, with at least 7 years in a leadership role
• Deep knowledge of HIPAA, state privacy laws, and 42 CFR Part 2
• Experience leading organizations through regulatory events and compliance audits
• Proven track record of integrating compliance requirements into product roadmaps
• Certified in Healthcare Compliance (CHC) or willingness to obtain within the first year
