Senior Director of Compliance

Job Summary

Leading the strategy and outcomes for compliance and platform, the full-time Senior Director of Compliance will manage product managers and domain experts to ensure adherence to leave and accommodation laws while enhancing an enterprise-scale platform in a remote environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the strategy, roadmap, and results for compliance and platform, including retention and expansion outcomes
• Collaborate with product managers and domain experts to develop a unified product strategy and plan
• Build and develop a high-performing team of product managers and experts, raising standards for product delivery and integration of AI

Required Qualifications

• 15+ years in product management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role managing product managers
• Experience owning a compliance or regulatory product at an enterprise scale
• Proven track record with multi-tenant enterprise platforms, including identity and access management
• Demonstrated ability to set product strategy that improves ARR, retention, or win rate
• Experience in enterprise B2B SaaS with strong data fluency and scaling products from mid-market to enterprise
