Senior Director of Corporate Security

Job Summary

Leading the enterprise Corporate Security program, the full-time Senior Director of Corporate Security will establish governance frameworks, coordinate security risk management, and develop crisis management protocols in a hybrid work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Establish and lead the enterprise Corporate Security governance framework and develop security policies and standards
• Coordinate the enterprise Threat Assessment Team and manage workplace violence prevention initiatives
• Support the Crisis Management Team and coordinate responses to significant security incidents and emerging threats

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Professional security certification such as CPP, PSP, PCI, or equivalent credentials valued
• Experience in corporate, government, military, law enforcement, or intelligence security roles
• Proven ability to support distributed and/or international business operations
• Strong executive communication skills with the ability to translate security risks into practical business recommendations
