Senior Director of Cost Accounting
Job Summary
Driving the transformation of cost accounting, the full-time Senior Director of Cost Accounting will lead inventory accounting, product costing, and financial operations while working remotely in the USA.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute the long-term vision and strategy for the Cost Accounting organization
- Oversee global inventory accounting, product costing, and supply chain accounting processes
- Lead operational forecasting in partnership with Finance, Supply Chain, and Manufacturing leadership
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required; CPA preferred
- Minimum 15+ years of progressive accounting and finance experience, with significant cost accounting experience
- At least 7+ years of leadership experience managing accounting teams
- Deep expertise in cost accounting, standard costing methodologies, and financial reporting
- Experience with large ERP platforms, preferably Oracle Cloud
