Senior Director of Cybersecurity

Job Summary

To support a growing cybersecurity initiative, the full-time salaried Senior Director of Cybersecurity will manage a scalable security program for a diverse portfolio of SaaS products, collaborating with multiple teams to balance strategic planning with operational execution in a remote or hybrid work environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement engineering-first security architecture and DevSecOps practices
• Lead incident response efforts and enhance cyber resiliency through modernized security operations
• Drive continuous compliance automation and maintain an auditable enterprise Risk Register

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or a related technical discipline
• 12+ years of leadership experience in multiple information security domains, including cloud security and incident response
• 6+ years of direct people leadership experience in high-growth SaaS or enterprise technology companies
• Hands-on experience with AWS cloud infrastructure and Infrastructure-as-Code (Terraform/CloudFormation)
• Proven ability to communicate complex security risks to C-suite executives and Board Audit Committees
