Senior Director of Cybersecurity Services

Job Summary

Leading the global operation and performance of managed cybersecurity services, the full-time Senior Director of Cybersecurity Services will manage service delivery, drive client outcomes, and oversee portfolio growth while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery and operational performance for managed cybersecurity services globally
• Drive revenue growth, margin improvement, and client retention while identifying market opportunities for service expansion
• Build trusted relationships with strategic clients and ensure services align with their business objectives and risk reduction goals

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related discipline, or equivalent experience
• At least 10 years of progressive cybersecurity experience with leadership responsibility in client-facing managed services
• Strong technical understanding across cybersecurity domains including MDR, CTEM, and cloud security architecture
• Proven client management experience, including executive engagement and outcome-focused communications
• Exceptional project and program management skills, capable of leading multiple high-priority workstreams simultaneously
