Senior Director of Delivery

Job Summary

Leading the enterprise delivery operating model, the full-time Senior Director of Delivery will oversee strategic portfolio initiatives, manage delivery leaders, and ensure alignment with enterprise goals in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Own the design and evolution of the enterprise delivery operating model, ensuring effective governance and value streams
• Directly manage and develop Directors of Delivery Management and Principal Delivery Managers, focusing on succession planning and performance management
• Accountable for the delivery of Tier-1 strategic initiatives, including cross-initiative dependencies and overall delivery health

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
• 13+ years of delivery, program, or portfolio management experience in complex environments
• 6+ years of direct people management experience, including managing managers or directors
• Proven experience in owning an enterprise delivery operating model and delivering enterprise-critical initiatives
• Demonstrated executive-level communication and stakeholder management skills
