Senior Director of Delivery

Job Summary

Owning cross-functional prioritization and delivery, the remote Senior Director of Delivery will manage a team of Delivery Managers, facilitate prioritization discussions, and ensure alignment across multiple departments while establishing company-wide delivery standards and frameworks.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a team of four Delivery Managers, focusing on their coaching, growth, and workload balance
• Oversee the prioritization tracker to maintain accurate project statuses and facilitate weekly prioritization meetings, MBRs, and QBRs
• Ensure cross-functional alignment and clear communication among Product, Engineering, Data Science, and other departments to resolve blockers and trade-offs

Required qualifications

• Proven track record of building processes to improve speed to impact across an organization
• Experience leading and developing teams focused on organizational effectiveness, such as Delivery Managers or Program Managers
• Background in a highly regulated and technical environment with the ability to shape functional strategy autonomously
• Experience managing enterprise-level portfolio intake, prioritization, and execution tracking
• Demonstrated ability to align senior stakeholders across functions around shared priorities without relying on direct authority
