Driving digital transformation, the full-time remote Senior Director of Digital Commerce will manage the conversion strategy for over 900 veterinary hospital websites, optimize online scheduling and pharmacy experiences, and enhance local search visibility to increase booked appointments and pharmacy revenue.
Key responsibilities
- Own the conversion strategy and performance standards for all hospital websites, implementing a robust experimentation program
- Optimize online booking processes and align digital demand with hospital capacity to improve appointment scheduling efficiency
- Lead the organic search strategy and ensure the integration of pharmacy services into the digital care journey
Required qualifications
- 12+ years in digital commerce, e-commerce, or growth, with 5+ years in leadership roles
- Proven experience improving conversion rates across multi-site web estates
- Expertise in conversion rate optimization and experimentation methodologies
- Strong command of SEO strategies, particularly in AI search visibility
- Experience with analytics tools such as GA4, Adobe Analytics, and enterprise CMS platforms
