Senior Director of Discoverability

Job Summary

Owning the discoverability strategy, the full-time Senior Director of Discoverability will manage technical infrastructure, content authority, and LLM citation strategies remotely while overseeing a team of specialists to enhance the visibility of Bryan Johnson and Blueprint across AI systems and search platforms.

Key responsibilities:

• Design and oversee the full domain migration strategy, including redirect and canonical architecture
• Deploy LLM citation infrastructure and manage the YouTube transcript pipeline for indexed content
• Manage the discoverability team and coordinate with contractors and vendors to execute the citation strategy

Required qualifications:

• 10+ years of experience in SEO, growth, or digital media
• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field
• Experience managing major domain migrations and understanding of technical SEO practices
• Strong understanding of LLMs and citation authority
• Experience managing cross-functional teams of contractors and vendors
