Senior Director of Donor Intelligence

Job Summary

To support its mission, the full-time Senior Director of Donor Intelligence will set and manage the multi-year strategy for donor intelligence and prospect development, overseeing prospect research, management, and analytics in a fully remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Develops and implements the strategy for donor intelligence aligned with fundraising goals, advising leadership on prospect strategies
• Oversees the identification and research of major gift prospects, managing the wealth screening program and ensuring data integrity
• Leads a team of prospect research and management strategists, establishing workflows and fostering professional development

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college, preferably in a relevant field
• Minimum twelve (12) years of relevant professional experience, including at least five (5) years in a managerial role
• Experience in advancement/development services, specifically managing both researchers and analysts
• Proven track record in campaign management for comprehensive or capital campaigns of $50M or more
• Strong CRM strategy experience, ideally with Salesforce, and ownership of fundraising analytics
