Job Summary
Leading the global strategy for Environmental, Health, Safety, Security, and Sustainability (EHS3), the full-time Senior Director of EHS Governance will define and execute long-term strategies while ensuring compliance and operational excellence across multiple functions in a remote setting.
Key responsibilities
- Establish and maintain the enterprise EHS management system and governance framework, ensuring standardized processes across sites
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives and manage global EHS audit programs, ensuring compliance with evolving regulations
- Direct multiple global EHS3 functional organizations, maintaining accountability for performance, effectiveness, and integration of EHS functions
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Safety Engineering, Occupational Health, or related field; master's or advanced degree preferred
- Minimum 15 years of progressive global leadership experience in EHS, Governance, Risk, or Compliance functions
- Proven experience managing significant global budgets and leading large-scale organizational transformation initiatives
- Strong analytical abilities with experience in EHS management software and tools
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with stakeholders and regulatory bodies
