Senior Director of Enablement

Job Summary

Driving product activation and adoption, the full-time salaried Senior Director of Enablement will lead the vision and execution of Enablement functions while transforming strategies for the AI era in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities:

• Own the Enablement vision, strategy, and operating model across various functions, reporting impact using business outcome metrics
• Lead the transformation of Enablement for AI, redefining production, delivery, and measurement processes
• Co-own the AI self-service strategy, establishing standards for knowledge management and maintaining governance as products evolve

Required qualifications:

• 10+ years in education or enablement, with at least 5 years leading leaders across multiple functions
• Extensive experience with learning strategy and instructional design across various modalities
• Experience leading knowledge management or content operations at scale, particularly for AI-powered self-service
• Understanding of frontline Support agents and Customer Success Managers' operations
• Hands-on experience using generative AI tools in enablement or support work
