Senior Director of Engineering

Job Summary

Driving the engineering strategy for offensive security, the full-time Senior Director of Engineering will lead the Proactive Offense organization in developing customer-facing NodeZero products while collaborating with cross-functional teams in a remote environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and scale the Proactive Offense engineering organization, establishing a clear technical strategy and operating model
• Partner with Product and engineering teams to prioritize work and drive capabilities from proof of concept to production
• Improve execution across teams by establishing planning and delivery practices that support predictable progress and product quality

Required Qualifications

• Significant experience leading software engineering organizations delivering SaaS or cybersecurity products
• Strong technical judgment in software architecture and offensive security domains, including exploit development and vulnerability research
• Demonstrated success in taking complex technical capabilities from concept through production launch at scale
• Experience with distributed systems, cloud software, and large-scale SaaS platforms
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
