Senior Director of Finance
Job Summary
To drive financial strategy and performance management for the GTM business, the remote full-time Senior Director of Finance will manage financial planning, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and provide insights on unit economics and customer acquisition.
Key responsibilities
- Own financial planning and forecasting for the GTM business
- Drive efforts to serve new customer segments and launch new insurance products
- Develop and monitor critical financial performance metrics, communicating actionable insights to stakeholders
Required qualifications
- 10+ years of relevant experience, including 4+ years in investment banking, private equity, or strategic finance
- 6-8+ years in Strategic Finance, FP&A, or BizOps roles at a DTC or Fintech company
- Deep expertise in GTM unit economics and growth efficiency metrics
- Stellar academic record with a degree in a quantitative field
- SQL knowledge preferred; prior experience with Corp Dev/Biz Dev is a plus
