Senior Director of Finance
Job Summary
Leading strategic finance partnerships across the B2B SaaS business, the full-time salaried Senior Director of Finance will manage revenue growth, investment, and forecasting while developing a globally distributed FP&A team.
Key responsibilities
- Serve as the senior finance partner to translate business strategy into financial plans and forecasts for Studio Fitness and Beauty
- Collaborate with General Managers and senior leaders to align financial performance with operational goals
- Own revenue forecasting and performance management, guiding decisions on growth and resource allocation
Required qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in FP&A, strategic finance, or corporate finance, with a focus on revenue support
- 3+ years of leadership experience in developing effective finance teams
- Deep understanding of B2B SaaS economics, including subscription models and unit economics
- Expertise in financial modeling, forecasting, and data analysis
- Experience with enterprise planning and reporting systems, and familiarity with AI applications in finance
