Senior Director of Finance
Job Summary
Leading the financial strategy and operating cadence for the go-to-market organization, the remote Senior Director of Finance will manage partnerships with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and GTM Operations to translate growth objectives into actionable financial plans while modernizing GTM Finance operations through AI and advanced analytics.
Key responsibilities
- Lead Finance partnership for GTM functions, providing insights on performance, investments, and growth opportunities
- Own GTM planning and forecasting across key business drivers, including bookings, pipeline, and retention
- Develop and improve driver-based financial models that connect operational metrics to revenue and profitability
Required qualifications
- 12+ years of experience in FP&A or strategic finance, with leadership experience in a high-growth SaaS environment
- Deep understanding of SaaS and GTM economics, including ARR, bookings, and sales capacity
- Experience with sales compensation strategy, plan modeling, and commissions administration
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in building driver-based forecasts in complex environments
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related quantitative field; MBA or CPA is a plus
