Senior Director of Finance AI

Job Summary

To support finance transformation initiatives, the full-time Senior Director of Finance AI will lead cross-functional teams in developing AI-enabled forecasting and FP&A processes while working remotely or from the Eden Prairie, MN office.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as a senior finance subject matter expert within Finance AI pods, partnering with stakeholders to define business problems and target outcomes
• Lead blueprinting sessions to document current-state FP&A and forecasting processes, identifying inefficiencies and opportunities for improvement
• Design future-state workflows incorporating AI and data products, ensuring they meet finance's precision and regulatory requirements

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, Data Analytics, or a related field
• 12+ years of progressive finance experience, particularly in FP&A, forecasting, and business performance management
• Demonstrated experience in leading forecasting, planning, variance analysis, and decision support in large enterprises
• Proven understanding of driver-based forecasting, P&L analysis, and financial planning processes
• Experience collaborating across business, finance, technology, and data teams to drive process improvement and transformation initiatives
