Senior Director of Financial Planning

Job Summary

Serving as a senior strategic finance leader, the full-time remote Senior Director of Financial Planning will manage enterprise-level financial insight and guidance, overseeing budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning while developing high-performing teams and building relationships across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Provide senior-level leadership for financial planning and forecasting across multiple business units, partnering with executive operations and finance teams
• Oversee variance analysis against forecasts and budgets, advising leaders on performance drivers and strategic opportunities
• Lead the development of management reporting and executive deliverables to support governance and decision-making

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
• CPA, CFA, or CMA preferred
• Extensive experience in budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning in complex environments
• Senior-level experience in consulting, professional services, healthcare, or technology
• Deep knowledge of FP&A, including financial modeling, performance management, and strategic business partnering
