Senior Director of Forecasting

Job Summary

Leading enterprise-wide commercial forecasting and revenue analytics, the full-time Senior Director of Forecasting will manage forecast accuracy, demand planning, and strategic decision-making in a remote capacity while collaborating with various cross-functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain short-term and long-range revenue forecasts, ensuring best-in-class forecasting processes and models
• Analyze market dynamics and translate insights into revenue implications and forecast adjustments
• Prepare executive summaries and present key insights and recommendations to senior leadership

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Statistics, Life Sciences, or a related field required; MBA or advanced quantitative degree preferred
• 10+ years of experience in commercial forecasting, strategic planning, or analytics within the life sciences sector
• Deep expertise in revenue forecasting, demand planning, and scenario modeling
• Proven experience supporting executive leadership and influencing cross-functional stakeholders
• Strong analytical and presentation skills with an exceptional executive presence
