Job Summary
Leading financial planning and analysis initiatives, the full-time Senior Director of FP&A will modernize forecasting and budgeting processes while partnering with senior leadership in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Lead financial planning, forecasting, and budgeting with a focus on operational alignment
- Serve as a financial partner to various departments, providing real-time insights and decision support
- Drive visibility into key business metrics and translate insights into actionable strategies for performance improvement
Required qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in FP&A, operational finance, or related roles, with team leadership experience
- Proven retail experience with a strong understanding of unit economics and customer behavior
- Strong financial modeling, forecasting, and analytical capabilities
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; MBA or professional certification preferred
- Experience with ERP systems such as Oracle or Workday, and proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
