Senior Director of FP&A

Job Summary

Leading Corporate FP&A initiatives, the full-time Senior Director of FP&A will manage budgeting, forecasting, and performance management processes remotely while overseeing the development of financial dashboards and ensuring data governance across FP&A systems.

Key responsibilities

• Lead enterprise budgeting, forecasting, long-range planning, and executive financial reporting
• Establish and manage a disciplined FP&A operating cadence, including timely delivery of management reporting
• Provide financial leadership and decision support to senior executives through performance analysis and scenario planning

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field
• 12+ years of progressive FP&A or corporate finance experience, with at least 7 years in management
• Demonstrated experience in enterprise budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis
• Proven ability to build and lead high-performing finance teams
• Experience with enterprise planning systems and business intelligence/reporting capabilities
